Our pricing reflects the quality of the materials, the craftmanship, and the time and care invested in creating or selecting each piece. To make shopping easy and transparent, FREE U.S. shipping is included in the price of every item, so there are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we're here to help.
Website Purchases
Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at simplyelegantbysistersco@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging.
Our goal is to resolve any issue quickly and make things right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will provide a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (please refer to our Sizing Guide before purchase)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Custom or personalized pieces
Because many of our pieces are handmade or carefully selected in limited quantities, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than those listed above.
Craft Show & In-Person Purchases
All sales made at craft shows and in-person events are final, as customers have the opportunity to inspect each item before purchasing. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help before you complete your purchase.
